Refund policy

At Men’s Grace, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. Every item undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

We accept replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Kindly ensure that the customer has to make a video of unpacking in case of damaged product, taken from all angles, so that our customer support team can ensure a foolproof return.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

⚠️ Men’s Grace does not offer refunds. Only replacements are applicable. 

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or size issues
  • Slight colour variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share  order ID, clear images/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will verify the request within 2–3 business days
  4. Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched
  5. The defective/incorrect product must be returned as instructed

Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement dispatch: 5–7 business days after approval
  • If any damaged / defective/ replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Men’s Grace reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after verification

  • Any false claims or misuse of the policy may lead to rejection

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability

  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered.
